The first issue is caused by a SharePoint store bug. Please open the widget page in the SharePoint store:
Then recover the license and check whether it helped:
If it did not, go to managing the license:
Remove the existing ones and add the widget app again.
If none helped, please contact Microsoft support.
As regards the second issue, you can use the widget for external sites and place it outside your SharePoint environment. But if you still need to add the guest users, you could try another Plumsail product - Plumsail Actions, particularly the action Invite External User to SharePoint for Power Automate flows. Perhaps, there are other ways to do it in Power Automate or with PowerShell scripts and you could find a solution in the web.
