Power Automate Connector - No Triggers?

When I search and select "Plumsail Helpdesk" in the Power Automate connectors I get a message that says "There are currently no triggers for this connector. Help us decide which services and triggers to add...".

The documentation indicates I should be able to add this connector and trigger. What am I missing?

Hello Chase! There are no HelpDesk triggers - only actions:

It means that you need to start your flow with a trigger of any other connector (or built-in) and then you can add the HelpDesk actions.
