PPt image Zap with Jotform

I'm trying to use a Zapier workflow to add Jotform submissions to a powerpoint.

The written data is being added, but not the images. I followed this tutorial, but the images aren't showing up.

Hi @cwalker,

To insert images into a PowerPoint template please check this tutorial:
Pictures in PPTX templates.

If it's still not working, share your template and the data and I'll try to reproduce the issue.

I'm still having some issues. I'm not sure what to put as the image data because each submission has a different image.

Hi @cwalker,

The picture formatter either accepts a public URL of the image or a base64 code.

  • Try to leave only one token inside the Alt text of the dummy picture.

  • What data do you send to the template? Is it a public URL or base64 code?

If you use Zapier there is an instruction on how to insert an image using the Download URL.

Please double-check what data is sent to the token.

So each time someone submits the form, they submit an image with it. I'm trying to put each submission image in, so I think they would each have their own code or url unless I'm mistaken.

Is it possible to do it that way or do I need to do it manually?
