Prevent Notification To Requester

Hi,

Can you let me know if it is possible to prevent a notification being sent to a requester? I’m looking to use an Outlook Calendar to send an email reminder for scheduled jobs that I can see visually via the calendar but do not want the Helpdesk to send any emails back once the jobs have been logged or actioned.

You may disable notification in the triggers settings. To do that, please, navigate to the Settings -> Triggers page and disable or edit corresponding triggers:
