i just wanted to ask, if it is possible to set the tag "Private Note" as default for all Agents and Members.
i wanted to implement this without a trigger to avoid any errors in the future.

Unfortunately, is it currently impossible to do this because the default comment type is set to 'Reply' and there is no way to modify it from the outside.
