Recurring Tickets for Periodic Tasks

Is there a way to automatically generate weekly/monthly/quarterly tickets for recurring tasks? I took a look at the options available in the Settings > Scheduler but nothing stood out to me.

For example, we would like to implement weekly cleaning of some of our high volume label printers and document scanners. It would be great if we could configure a ticket to be created every Monday, with the ticket notes listing the devices that need to be cleaned and links to instructions.
