Solved tickets list not working

Dear Support,

I am unable to check the Solved tickets so keep the track on it

I have tried creating another solved tickets list but that doesn’t work as well.

PD: the last update with the Plumsail HelpDesk wizard was installed but still the issue perists

Hello! Please load the page in incognito mode, open developer tools (F12), switch to the ‘Network’ tab and reproduce the issue. Then export a HAR file:

Switch to the ‘Console’ tab, open the context menu of any record and save the logs:

Raise a ticket at support@plumsail.com, refer to this topic, and share the collected data.

Hello Maxime! It turned out that there was a 5,000-item threshold issue. I advised to modify the view so that the first filtering rule returns less than 5,000 items. For example, to show tickets created for the last year or two. But I did not receive a confirmation that it helped.
