Some emails wont get into the helpdesk

Just created a new helpdesk site that for some reason didnt add 2 incoming mails as tickets.

Wondering if its possible to get an explanation why.

We have 2 previous plumsite helpdesks. At first i thought it was cause it was just registered but one ticket got registered at 9:54 am but then i had one at 10:07 and 10:34 from one user that wasnt registered as helpdesk tickets.

Hello Elias! Please raise a support ticket at support@plumsail.com. In your message refer to this topic and provide the following data:

  • HelpDesk URL,
  • screenshot of HelpDesk e-mail settings,
  • EML files that were not converted into tickets.
    Also, please check whether the issue still persists.
