Sort tag list on helpdesk form

Hello, on our helpdesk ticket page where we assign the tech, priority, due date etc... the tags list has quite a few entries where they are random in order. Is there any way to group them, either by alphabet or by another measure to group by similar tages? ie... email security; email configuration; email error message (where all email related tags are grouped together)

yes, you can sort the values in the Trigger field by modifying the Ticket form.
Please use this instruction to modify the Ticket form with Plumsail Forms (please note that a free license for Plumsail Forms is offered for Tickets form modification on the Yacht and Ocean Liner plans only).
