We have 17 Outlook mailboxes added directly to the system. I added them by giving my account "Send as" and "Read and manage (Full Access)" permissions.
The error comes up randomly for almost every one of the inboxes. When I test sending a ticket to the emails, there is no issue. It has no problem with emails coming into the ticketing system and no problems with responding to the requesters. Everything is working as normal, and yet we're getting this error still.
I have tried removing the inboxes completely and re-adding them, I have tried granting access again, I have tried turning MFA off and logging into the accounts directly (as opposed to using one with access to them), and the issue still persists.
I have checked this article, but my error is not listed there.
Any suggestions on how to permanently resolve this? Thanks again to the Plumsail team for all their help recently.
@Jake, that is an issue of our back end and it should not affect the product workability on your end. Such errors are not supposed to be displayed in the user interface. We will fix the issue soon, until then you can ignore the error message.
Hi, any update on when this will be fixed? It's at the point in which we can't get this error to go away, and the message keeps popping up. Every time I grant access to a mailbox with a problem or remove and re-add it, another one says it has an issue. It's a loop I can't stop. Once again, all systems are still functional though.
