Hello Joel!
Microsoft enforced CSP starting from March 1, which means external scripts will not load unless they are added to the allowlist. This affects Plumsail HelpDesk too. Please follow our guide below.
Navigate to the Global Admin Center

Go to the SharePoint Admin Center

Expand Advanced > Script sources

Add https://*.plumsail.com to the list (even if you already have our entries!)


As well as https://*.spform.com for HelpDesk reports and Charts:

Clear browser cache and check whether the issue persists.
Thanks, Evgeniy. I believe rerunning the Plumsail wizard may have added these script exemptions automatically. I checked and they were there. Thank you.
