Ticket links redirect to Microsoft Lists app on Mobile & Tablet

Hello,
Whenever we click on a ticket link on Mobile it automatically redirects to the Microsoft Lists app and then displays an error.

On tablets, it is not ideal either.-
It opens the link in the list app and then There is an option to open on Browser, which we then have to click.

How do we resolve this?

We could not reproduce the issue. Please provide the following information:

  • do you use custom ticket forms? if so - please export them and share;
  • what OS do you use?
  • what exact link you click to open the ticket?
  • could you make a video record of the screen when reproducing the issue?
