Ticket Rating with mandatory comment

is it possible to make "Service rate comment" mandatory so users are forced to write what was good or what was wrong?

We will consider adding this option in the future. At present, ratings are recorded when an emoji in the email message is clicked, regardless of whether the client submits the form afterwards. The original intent behind the design of this mechanism was to make sure that even busy requesters can get their feedback recorded as quickly and easily as possible.

It's mostly because negativ feedback without an explanation is mostly useless as we cannot improve quality without knowing what went wrong.
