Currently we have to scroll down the whole list of comments to get to the original request which is a pain when you need to check something in the orginal request mentioned in the latest comment.
Played about with modifying the ticket view form and adding the sharepoint field 'First comment' appears to do what we want but it is fixed to plain text and as most of our requests contain html it just shows the html code making it messy.
Is it possible to get it to display as just an html field so the request appear as it does in the comment below the response box
