Hey There!
We updated our service desk last week and a couple days later the triggers we had all stopped working at the exact same time. As of the 23rd every log says they last run on the 23rd at 5:10pm. Is this a known issue currently? I’ve tried creating new quick assignment triggers and they’re not running at all. I’ve verified they’re all active and tried rearranging the order they’re in, but to no avail.
