Trying to contact Sales@plumsail.com but getting bounceback

Hi

Trying to upgrade to ocean liner as our current subscription does not have enough comments.

Sent emails to sales@plumsail.com and getting the following:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

sales@plumsail.com (sales@plumsail.com)](mailto:sales@plumsail.com)
Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.

Can you please advise?
