We are trying to add an additional instance of HelpDesk in a separate subsite. After clicking Activate in Site Settings it just has a Spinning logo and Loading...
Hello Bruce! Could you open the folder of the web application where the subsite is created and ensure that your HelpDesk license is placed there. Do this for each WFE-server.
Also, ensure that you have enough memory on the server. If the issue persists, please reproduce it, open browser console (F12 => Console), save and share the logs. You can do it via private message in the Community or raise a support ticket by sending a message to [email protected]. In the latter case, refer to this topic please.
Finally got back to this...we installed the license and now the option to add the application is gone...I just started a new thread.
