Unable to create new Tickets

Hello,
See pic below. Beginning this morning, users are unable to create tickets because 2 of the fields never load (the main being the title which is required). This happens for all the users at any machine using any browser. Clearing cache did not work. We are on version 2.1.47. Is there anything else we can try?

Hello Butler! Please export the new ticket form through Plumsail Forms designer (you used it to customise the form). Then load the page in incognito mode, open developer tools (F12), switch to the ‘Network’ tab, and reproduce the issue. Export a HAR file:

Switch to the ‘Console’ tab, open the context menu of any record and save the logs:

Most likely, restoring the default form will re-store the workability of HelpDesk. For that, import the default form I sent you in the Plumsail Forms designer (ensure that the new form is selected) and save it. Clear the browser cache and check whether the issue persists.
