Unable to install or use this app at Office 365/SP Online

Hello,

I am Unable to install or use Plumsail Dashboard Designer app at Office 365/SP Online. It looks like we already have this app installed but when i try to use this app it gives error "You can't add this app here". App store gives error "Good news - you already own this app. Sorry, this app is not supported on your server."

We are trying to use this app to create dashboard from the SharePoint List.

Hi,
It seems you have already installed this app to the site. You can find it in the Site contents.

App is there but when i click the app under Site Contents i get “You can’t add this app here.” error message. SharePoint store shows error message “Sorry, this app is not supported on your server”.

Please help.

Try to remove the license from SharePoint Admin center -> apps -> Manage licenses and then add the app again. If it does not help, contact MS support.
