is there a way to uninstall HD without losing the tickets? The documentation says no but unfortunately we have some problems in our instance and need to uninstall HD without losing the tickets.

I am sorry for missing your post, just did not get an accordant notification.
The information in the documentation is still relevant: uninstalling HelpDesk will delete all related information, including tickets. Could you describe your issue and explain why do you need to delete the instance? You can leave the site as is and install a new one if you have some critical issues with it.

and if i reload the newform the ticket creation must be done from start with all the information gone. But if i retype all infomration the creation will be successfull.

Could you please clarify one thing - are you using any custom ticket forms? It looks like you are, and that you also have custom JavaScript for this. This might be the reason why you are seeing these errors.

Console logs and HAR file: Open the browser console (F12 or right click → Inspect), and once it is loaded, reproduce the issue and export the console log (Console → Right click → Save as) and network data (Network → Export HAR)
If you don’t use forms, please let us know about any other integrations (for example, with Power Automate) or customisations.
