Update Requester

Hi All,

When a user selects a requester from the drop down, there no longer appears to be a way to change this if the requester they chose is wrong:


Is there a way to clear this field?

Hello Adrian! Please ensure that the ticket is opened in the edit form and then, there should be an 'Edit' link under the requester:


If it is absent, try to restore the default forms. If you customised them, you can export the current version first to roll back to it later if required.

Clear the browser cache and check whether the issue persists.
