I updated my helpdesk and tried repairing and it is still not working.

Got the same problem this morning with one of our customer, im waiting on a ticket reply.

@3Com, I see that you bought a subscription to Forms. Once the issue is resolved, we will refund if you do not need it forth.
@Maxime, I have activated Forms trial for two weeks for the domain you discussed in the ticket. I hope it helped to restore the workability.
