When using the Helpdesk widget to log a ticket our users are getting an error after submitting the form. It will process for a while then shows an error box saying "Something Went Wrong"

Most likely, restoring the default forms and clearing the browser cache should help. If you wish to research the issue with the custom forms, please export and share them with a message to support@plumsail.com (refer to this topic in it).
Additionally, please load the page in incognito mode, open developer tools (F12), switch to the ‘Network’ tab and reproduce the issue. Then export a HAR file:
Switch to the ‘Console’ tab, open the context menu of any record and save the logs:
Share the collected data too.
