I am getting a weird view when trying to view all tickets. In the attachments of this forum is the screenshots. First view is what I am seeing right now and second view is what I am trying to get it to look like.

Hello! It seems that you switched back to the classic UI. To get back to the modern one, please navigate List Settings > Advanced Settings:
Set the classic experience and save the changes. Get back, set the new experience, and save the changes:
Then clear the browser cache and cookies. Open the page, log in, the issue should be resolved.
