can you pleae help me configure the widget?
I'm configuring HelpDesk for a customer and I want to segregate requesters ticket visibility.
Hence I followed all the steps listed in the documentation (link to article).
- app installed as Global Admin
- HelpDesk installed in a root site (https://company.sharepoint.com/sites/HelpDesk)
- Widget added to a page on a separate site (https://company.sharepoint.com/sitepages/MyTickets.aspx
If I navigate to the widget page as a requester (user configured as Member Contact) I'm always prompted the login form.
Am I missing something? Can you please help me?
