Hello! I have just recently set up a second instance of HelpDesk on my domain. I had created and embedded a web widget successfully, but later (about 4 hours) after this, the widget was non-responsive. Also, I received a "license expired" notification on that instance (other instance was working fine).
I cleared my browser cache. I am no longer receiving a license expired notification (for now). The widget was still unresponsive, so I removed it and tried to create another. Now I cannot copy the configuration ID.
Please load the page in incognito mode, open developer tools (F12), switch to the ‘Network’ tab, and reproduce the issue with copying the configuration ID. Then export a HAR file:

For now, I can say that the Copy Configuration ID action resulted in these two responses:
If that is not so, please send the saved files to support@plumsail.com and refer to this topic in your message. It is better to have the full HAR file and browser console logs before passing the case to developers.
