Hi to all. I have a question.
I use a system where my customers have access to a B2B extranet site using credentials. I want to apply a helpdesk widget to this extranet site but what I need is the user to be registered automatically with the same credentials as of these in extranet.
So when the user signs in to the extranet, the helpdesk widget to be accessible with the same credentials. Is this possible?

Hello Nick! If the external site is not a SharePoint one, then automatic authentication is not available. It is because that functionality can be implemented differently in each case and we can't take into account all possible scenarios.
