Widget not working

Hello,

We have a widget connected to a SharePoint site, this has been working fine up until today. We are just getting the spinning wheel.

We have tried clearing the cache and using the browser in incognito/private mode.

Please can you help as this is critical to our business.

Just to confirm that we are facing the same problem not for all but for most of our users.
