Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this issue is causing. Our developers are urgently investigating the issue. We will share more information as soon as possible.
Hello! Developers are still researching the issue. Meanwhile, could you try to create a new widget and use its ID on the problem page? Does it work in this case? If it does, I would advise to use it further as a quick solution.

Please copy the widget ID and paste it in the widget web part. The widget ID contains two equality signs at the end: ==. Delete one of them and only then save the page. Clear browser cache, reload the page, and check whether the issue persists.
Hi, we tested it with the recommended string without the double = at the end, but we are still facing the issue.
And we were working on a 2nd instance of the helpdesk for our technical department, where the new widget shows the same error.
We are having the same problem on all 3 of our sites. We use custom forms for ticket submission on all of the sites. I was able to roll back to the old form format on 2 of the sites and now they are working. I already deleted to old format widget from the last site so I can't roll that one back to the old version.
Hello everyone. Our developers have implemented a fix for this issue at the infrastructure level. The issue should no longer recur. If it keeps manifesting in your HelpDesk widget and clearing the browser cache doesn't help, please contact us.
