Is it possible to disable the survey?
Hello @mbower, thank you for your message.
You can modify 'Notification: Requester - Ticket resolved' trigger so it will only notify if the ticket has a resolved status.
To do that please navigate to the trigger, open up 'Send email to Requester' section and in the email body remove {{snippet:FeedbackLink}}:
So the requesters won't see a link to the survey.
Or you could also disable this trigger. Just uncheck 'Activate' checkbox in the top section.

Excellent. I’ll remove the snippet. I don’t know why I didn’t see that before - I searched everywhere and somehow concluded that the feedback thing must have been hardcoded in the background. Thanks.
