Lack of replies in HelpDesk community

I have posted two topics/issues on this HelpDesk community site and I received no replies from anyone.
Is this HelpDesk community page this quiet?

The see new topics posted within the last month basically all have zero replies.

Does Plumsail support staff monitor and read messages here ?
